Salon Policy

  • Right to refuse service
    StayClassy StylzbyRae LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service
  • 48 hour cancellation
    I understand that due to a busy schedule or unforeseen circumstances, you may have to cancel or change an appointment with me. In order to respect the time of both myself and other clients, I need to be notified of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. By this I mean, visiting the Booksy website and cancelling or rescheduling the appointment, not calling or texting my business phone. If an appointment is rescheduled 3 individual times within the 48 hour window, any service after that will need to be paid for in advance. Any appointments that are cancelled less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of the service charged to the card on file in Booksy. If this happens 3 times, any future appointments will need to be paid in advance. This policy is in place so that I have ample time to fill the cancelled or rescheduled appointment.
  • No Show
    Clients who fail to show up for appointments and cancellation fee is not paid, you will be blocked from further booking until fee is paid. There are no exceptions to this policy.
  • Late
    Please be courteous of your Stylist and other clients. A $15 fee will be charged if 15 minutes late. After 30 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled.
  • Children
    Although StayClassy StylzbyRae has a family friendly environment, we ask that you do not bring small children that are unattended to your appointment. Services can not be stopped once started due to other appointments scheduled for the day.
  • Pets
    Absolutely no pets are allowed in the salon, with the exception of a service animal. Documentation must be provided
  • Mobile phone/tablet usage
    Although mobile phone/ tablet usage is not prohibited, you may be asked to put it away if constantly asked for to hold your head up. We can not guarantee the best quality style if full cooperation is not obtained from the client.
  • Privacy
    Information collected from this site is only used if I need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment or information such as salon closures and holiday information. If opting in for mailing list subscription, you may receive information on discounts and other hair care tips.
  • Service Guarantee
    Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during the service or within 24 hours after the service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections.
  • Appointments
    StayClassy StylzbyRae recommends that clients take the time to reschedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the salon in an effort to reserve the date and time that bests fits your schedule. Online booking is offered 24/7 for your convenience, but is subject to confirmation before appointment is official.
  • Deposit
    No deposit is required to book, at this time, but is subject to change at stylist discretion.
  • Payment Methods
    StayClassy StylzbyRae LLC accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay and all major debit or credit cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). We are no longer accepting Cash App.
